Change your name, email, language or password

Click the gear icon next to your name in the sidebar, then Settings.

Name, email address and language#

In Profile, edit your details and save. Language changes both the app and the emails we send you.

If you change your email address, we send a verification link to the new address and take you to the verification page. Open the link to confirm the new address before continuing to use the app. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then click Resend verification email.

Password#

Open Password in the settings menu. Under Update password, enter your Current password, your New password, and the new password again in Confirm password. It needs at least 8 characters, with uppercase and lowercase letters, a number and a symbol. Passwords found in known data breaches are refused.

Forgot it? On the login page, click Forgot your password?.

Light or dark theme#

Appearance switches between the light and dark themes.

Delete your account#

At the bottom of Profile, click Delete account and enter your password. This can't be undone. Your team's QR codes stay with the team.

Problems#

• "You are the only team admin of …" Make someone else team admin first. See Who can do what.
• The page is in the wrong language. Change Language in Profile. On the login page, use the language menu at the top.
