See who changed a code

Open a code and scroll down to History. Each entry shows who made the change, when, and the old and new values.

What's recorded#

• Creating, duplicating, editing, moving to the trash and restoring a code.
• Changes to the name, destination, type, folder, UTM tags, status and every design setting.
• Uploading or removing a PDF or logo.

Scans and link checks aren't listed here. You'll find them under Analytics and Link check.

Undo a mistake#

History doesn't undo anything automatically. To undo a change, find the entry and copy the old value, then click Edit and put it back.

Who's who#

• A person's name: a member of your team.
• System: an automatic change made by QR BASE.
• QR BASE support: our support team made the change while helping your team. The entry also shows which member they were helping.

Problems#

• I can't open a code in the trash. In the Trash, click the history icon next to the code.
• A folder shows as "Deleted folder". The folder was deleted after the change was made.
